Return Policy

This Return Policy explains how to return Maxovascor and related products purchased from Thogreonchrel, how refunds are processed, and how statutory consumer rights in Norway and the wider EEA interact with our commercial practices. Read it together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Who this Policy covers

If you are a consumer (an individual acting mainly outside your trade, business, craft, or profession), mandatory consumer protection rules apply, including withdrawal and non-conformity rights where available. Business purchasers are governed primarily by contract and applicable commercial law unless statutes provide otherwise.

2. Right of withdrawal for distance sales

Consumers in the EEA typically have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason, starting the day after you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. For multiple parcels, the period may start when the last parcel arrives.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, send an unequivocal statement to office@thogreonchrel.world before the deadline, including your name, address, order number, and a clear request to withdraw. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.

Model withdrawal form

To: Thogreonchrel, Fridtjof Nansens plass 5, 0160 Oslo, Norway · Email: office@thogreonchrel.world

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [description]. Ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Consumer name: [name]. Consumer address: [address]. Date: [date]. Signature (if sent on paper): [signature].

3. Exceptions and hygiene-related limitations

Food supplements supplied in sealed packaging that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons lose withdrawal rights once unsealed after delivery, consistent with applicable exceptions. If the seal is intact and the product can be resold safely, withdrawal may remain available within the statutory period subject to inspection upon return.

Customised or personalised items, perishable goods, and digital content delivered with consent and acknowledgment of loss of withdrawal are excluded as the law requires.

4. Return shipment and costs

Unless we offered to bear return costs, you are responsible for direct return shipping costs when exercising withdrawal, provided we informed you of such costs before contract conclusion. Use a trackable service and retain proof of posting. Return address will be confirmed by email. Items must be packaged to avoid damage in transit.

If you withdraw, we refund all payments received, including outbound delivery costs at the least expensive standard rate we offer, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from receiving the returned goods or evidence that you sent them, whichever is earlier, unless we offer collection ourselves.

5. Refund method and deduction

Refunds use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you agree otherwise. We may withhold refund until goods are received or you supply proof of return. If the good’s value diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish nature and characteristics, we may deduct a reasonable amount, consistent with law.

6. Non-conforming or defective products

If goods are defective or not as described, statutory remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination depending on timing and circumstances under the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act or equivalent rules in your country. Contact us promptly with photographs, batch details if visible, and your order reference.

Where a defect is confirmed, we generally cover reasonable return shipping costs in line with mandatory law.

7. Incorrect or damaged deliveries

If you received the wrong item or the parcel arrived damaged, notify us and the carrier within the deadlines stated on the carrier’s terms. Preserve packaging materials for inspection where required. We will arrange correction, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

8. Processing times

After we receive and inspect a return, processing typically completes within five to ten business days, followed by banking settlement times your payment provider controls. Peak periods may extend timelines slightly; we communicate delays proactively.

9. Data protection

Return handling processes personal data such as your name, address, and payment references. See the Privacy Policy for lawful bases, retention, and rights.

10. Contact

Return and refund questions: office@thogreonchrel.world or +47 91 69 13 46. Postal address for written notices: Thogreonchrel, Fridtjof Nansens plass 5, 0160 Oslo, Norway.

11. Partial returns and bundles

If you purchased a bundle, withdrawal applies to the bundle as presented unless components are technically separable and pricing was transparent per item. If you keep part of a promotional set, we may recalculate pricing to standard unit prices before refunding.

12. Gifts and third-party recipients

If goods were sent directly to a gift recipient, statutory withdrawal rights may belong to the consumer purchaser; contact us with both purchaser and delivery details so we can verify eligibility.

13. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you initiate a card chargeback, we may pause duplicate refunds until the payment network resolves the dispute. Providing order information helps avoid erroneous chargebacks.

14. Environmental handling

Dispose of supplement packaging according to local recycling rules. Return shipments should avoid excessive void fill; reuse outer boxes when safe to do so.

15. Updates

We may revise this Return Policy to reflect regulatory changes or operational improvements. The version with the latest effective date applies.

Effective date: 25 March 2026.
